Zack possesses all of the personal and professional qualities required to ensure a smooth experience in a process that can be frustrating. He did the proper research and knew the market and price points at which to ask and sell. Zack was incredibly persistent in making sure we were well informed of the areas we were looking to purchase in. He was honest with us throughout the process. We looked at almost two dozen houses, made offers on a handful, but kept coming up short because of the "hotness" of the market at the time. Zack never grew impatient with us. It was his above and beyond service that landed us the house that we absolutely love now. We were on vacation out of the country, but connecting with us via video chat and doing all the leg work for us while we were away, Zack secured the house for us. There is no question who we will use again when the time comes.
